I have been looking for a year and finally found one
I like how he uses a bit more bbq sauce than mayo
It is the best thing any one can do to have a better life. Convince your self life will be better without another drummed up gadget.

Awesome vid. What diameter is the pan please?
I just bought one of these convex comals at academy for $60 . I think it's 19.5 inches. But have not cooked on it yet .
What the liquid you added to chicken)
Sitting here outside of Eastside BigTom waiting to open, living in Lacey 11 years time to try this place!
Thank you brother came in hand 🤘🤘
Can you use it as just a baking oven without adding water?
No binder for me
Keep making videos, I love your meals!!!❤
Gas or brickettes in these or can you use either
I have a large propane that is plumbed for home use. It was hooked up to a nexgrill but I want to use the Blackstone. Is the adapter the same as for the 20# bottle?
Stoner meal!!!
Pair of firebricks, drip pan and bank coals to one side. 10-12 hours . Recently made a Bro n sear and it works to keep the coals more concentrated. Either way Weber baskets. Firebricks does the trick
Muy bueno
Having been a subscriber for years I can’t believe I’ve never seen the first episode of Hobo’s BBQ
If channel arrives in Albuquerque you made a wrong turn Kris.

You’ve came a long ways from this COS chargriller
Hell Yeah Brother!

I’m binge watching videos after subscribing years ago. Kris have you ever used Weber 26” kettle? Maybe I missed it
Ohio gets cold
I skip binder & am happy with results. 716,009 views October 2023. Holy Shit Kris…
In 2023 what thermometers would you buy ???
You haven’t uploaded in years. Your fans want videos of what you’ve learned
Dude what’s your favorite grill/smoker/cooker in 2023 ???
Wish I was there
More Ranch content
I like to think of John as Kramer Jerry Seinfeld’s neighbor
Weber Ranch in background is looking lonely
Miss watching you cook
Bro you still kicking???
Now that’s exactly how a DIY video should be, straight to the point none of that long winded unnecessary bs, get it up, get it in, get’er done. Thanks for a helpful vid.
Borderline unwatchable. Where’s the pizazz? I need at _least_ a ten minute story about a time where having this particular thing would have saved the day. But seriously we need more videos like this.
As a kid growing up in Olympia, dipping Goop onto that sketchy school rectangle lunch pizza was AMAZEBALLZ! Big Tom's is the best. I will still drive down to Oly once in a while just to go to Big Tom's. Best burgers, best Onion Rings, best Shakes and GOOOOOP!
Burnt,butane taste
I have a SNS and I love it. I agree that it’s not required but it sure makes life easier.
SnS basket is $45 … Weber basket is $26 (difference of $19) … Weber charcoal grate is $12 (used in the video) … pack of 25 drip pans is $11 (used in the video, so there’s $23 you were willing to spend) … amount of charcoal needed for snake method versus SnS is significantly more, and then to fill a chimney with charcoal is just blowing through your charcoal (let’s say 80 cents per cook) … so … not using a SnS because of cost is moot as you saved about $19 initially and then use more charcoal and disposable products … the snake method is fine, baskets are fine (SnS isn’t the only company that makes baskets)… the justifying of the Blackstone purchase is telling … you can get a cast iron grill griddle for $31
I'm not arguing with you. this video is over two years old if not pushing 4 years. at the time the sns basket was $100 if not more. the weber accessories were way cheaper also comparatively to today. my math was done then not now
and the foil pans I was buying at restaraunt depot for les then 10¢ a piece in bulk
Can I use the Weber grill accessories on this?
most likely but I can't promise all will fit perfectly
For years I have used 1 and 1/2 standard fire bricks to create a wall across 1/3 of my charcoal grate to hold the hot charcoal. On the rest of my charcoal grate I put aluminum foil. This helps direct fresh air from bottom vents up into the charcoal portion of my kettle. Once the coals are nice and hot I dump them in them into the charcoal side, then put on my cooking grate. Now I have a very large medium high heat area over the aluminum side, and a very hot searing side over the hot coals. Caution, do not use standard building bricks to do this, they can explode in the heat. Use fire bricks that are designed to take the heat.
That voice sounds familiar...
Hey you actually made a video that is awesome LOL
